Extensions are a create way to re-configure a home into a new unique environment. With house prices rising, extending your property and adding new features are endless; you can create open plan living for a more spacious feel, a utility room for practicality and more bedrooms for those unannounced guest. LOFT CONVERSIONS

Loft Conversions are another way to add value and space to your property without spending too much to achieve huge changes. With the example above, we added a whole new master bedroom with an en-suite and storage which could even be used as a walk-in wardrobe. To add something extra unique, in this project we used Zinc panels to clad the rear dormer instead of standard cladding which gave the home a new lease of life and modernization.
